Where are your products manufactured?
We are a local company and all merchandise is made with love, by myself and a small team, here in Kansas City, MO
What are your products made from?
The exterior of most of the handbags are made from cork fabric. The interiors I made of cotton fabrics.
How do I care for my cork bag?
Cork is naturally water-resistant, lightweight, and durable—making it an easy material to care for. To keep your cork bag looking its best:
- Wipe Clean with a soft cloth and a little warm water. You can add a mild soap if needed.
- Avoid harsh chemicals bleach, or abrasive cleaners.
Over time, cork develops a soft, leather-like patina that adds to its unique beauty.
Do you ship Internationally?
Currently, we are only shipping to USA and Canada. Please note customers are responsible for any duty fee required by their country
How much is shipping?
When you spend over $150, shipping is always free ( doesn't include possible duty fees for your country). For any other purchases, shipping will be calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy?
Merchandise that is unused can be returned within 30 days with the packing slip included with the product.
How quickly will my order ship?
All handbags are made to order with care and intention. Please allow 7–15 business days for production before shipping, depending on the item.
